This role is perfect for someone who transforms conceptual designs into striking visual stories. You’ll create photorealistic renderings of interiors, architectural elements, furniture, and decor to help our clients and team visualize ideas before execution.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D renders (interior + exterior) based on sketches, models, or design briefs
Apply realistic materials, lighting setups, and environmental effects
Build and organize scene libraries of furniture, finishes, and decor
Collaborate with drafters, designers, and project managers to reflect design intent
Deliver visuals in multiple formats (still images, short animations, virtual walkthroughs if needed)
Assist with concept development, material selection, and mood presentations
Compensation
$30–$60/hour depending on software skills, experience, and project scope
Flat rates available for rendering packages
Bonus opportunities for fast turnaround, photorealism, and animations
Flexible payment per milestone or delivery stage

Must provide own software and rendering hardware
Must be legally authorized to work as a contractor (freelancer or 1099)
NDA and independent contractor agreement required
Workspace
Fully remote role (globally open to the right candidate)
Fast internet connection and rendering-capable computer required
Must have access to modeling/rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or similar
Communication through Google Meet, Asana, Wix shared folders, and email
2+ years of professional rendering experience in interiors or architecture
Proficiency in SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or Blender
Strong understanding of lighting, materiality, composition, and storytelling
Familiarity with reading CAD files, mood boards, and interior design plans
A portfolio demonstrating realism, creativity, and attention to detail
