THEHAUSS, INC. is looking for a talented and design-savvy Interior Stylist to help elevate our completed spaces with thoughtful, beautiful styling. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for composition, color harmony, and curated details. You’ll be responsible for the finishing layer—arranging furniture, decor, art, and accessories to bring each project’s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
Style completed interiors using furniture, textiles, accessories, lighting, and art
Assist with space layout adjustments and on-site staging during installs
Collaborate with designers and project managers on the final presentation layer
Source or suggest finishing pieces (florals, pillows, books, small decor)
Style spaces for photography or client walkthroughs
Maintain the integrity of the design vision while adding warmth and personalization
Compensation
$25–$40/hour, depending on experience and project type
Day-rate or per-project rates available
Bonuses for styling support on multi-room or full-home designs
Paid travel if working on-site beyond Raleigh
Licensing & Requirements
No license required
Must have access to transportation for local styling days
Must sign NDA and Independent Contractor Agreement
Availability on short notice preferred for install days
Workspace
On-location work required (client sites, showrooms, or photo studios)
Access to your own styling kit (toolbox, double-sided tape, florals, props, etc.) preferred
Project coordination handled via Asana, Google Drive, and direct team chat
2+ years experience in styling, home staging, or interior merchandising
Excellent eye for design, layering, and proportion
Understanding of current design trends, materials, and decor brands
Photography styling experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to follow design direction
