About this Role 

THEHAUSS, INC. is seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed, and client-centered Project Manager / Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day execution of our interior and architectural design projects. You’ll be the critical link between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients — ensuring that every phase, from concept to completion, runs smoothly, beautifully, and on time.

Key Responsibilities 

Coordinate schedules, site visits, vendor orders, and contractor timelines

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and trades during active projects

Track and manage project milestones, budgets, and task lists using Asana or similar tools

Prepare and update project documents, timelines, and reports

Follow up on order tracking, deliveries, and installation logistics

Ensure quality control during installations and final styling phases

Support designers with documentation, communications, and progress tracking

Compensation

$30–$55/hour, depending on experience and project complexity

Milestone-based payments available for full project coordination

Bonuses available for early completions, glowing client reviews, or handling multi-phase jobs

Travel stipends provided if visiting Raleigh-area sites

Licensing & Requirements 

No formal license required

Must sign NDA and Independent Contractor Agreement

Own laptop, access to project management software, and reliable internet

Background check may be requested for high-end residential clients

Workspace

Remote-flexible with occasional on-site visits (Raleigh and surrounding areas)

Communication via Zoom, phone, email, and project dashboards

All documentation, drawings, and vendor files provided via Google Drive & shared systems

THEHAUSS provides templates, checklists, and support for streamlined onboarding

2+ years of project coordination experience in interior design, construction, or architecture

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, or other PM tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and personalities with grace

Familiarity with interior design phases, material lead times, and contractor collaboration
