THEHAUSS is expanding nationwide and looking for driven, relationship-focused Sales Contractors to represent our brand and services across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, architecture, and lifestyle products, and who thrives on making authentic connections.
As a commission-based sales contractor, you’ll promote and refer our services and products to potential clients, including homeowners, real estate developers, design enthusiasts, and retail buyers. You will be a brand ambassador, connecting our high-end interior design services, E-Design offerings, and curated decor products with clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote THEHAUSS’s services and product lines in your region
Refer potential clients for design services, product collaborations, or B2B partnerships
Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline
Participate in local networking or online community outreach
Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with the central team for lead tracking and updates
Use the WIX-based portal to register leads, track commissions, and communicate project status
Compensation
Project-based contract with milestone payments
Typical project earnings: $7,000–$35,000+
Long-term subcontractor partnership potential
Fair billing terms and flexibility with scheduling
Option to grow into larger, multi-site builds and design-build collaborations
Licensing & Requirements
No professional license required
Work authorization required in applicable region (U.S. citizens/green card holders for U.S. roles)
Prior experience in design, architecture, or luxury products preferred
Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and NDA
Will be onboarded through THEHAUSS sales and referral platform
Workspace
Independent Contractor (1099)
2+ years of experience in sales, design consultation, or client services
Familiarity with design, real estate, or high-end retail is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable internet and ability to use Google Workspace + lead submission portal
Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
Access to local networks, events, or online communities is a bonus
