Our Detailed Interior Survey Service is designed for clients requiring thorough documentation of their residential or small commercial spaces. This service includes detailed measurements, floorplan drawings, and surveys of critical features like doors and windows, providing a solid foundation for any design or renovation project.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Interior Design Survey Services 1. Service Availability Our survey services are available for booking Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend or after-hours services may be available upon request and will incur an additional charge. 2. Booking Process Clients can book our survey services directly through thehauss.com by selecting the desired service level and filling out a detailed booking form. This form will capture essential details about the space and client preferences. Upon submission, clients will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. 3. Pricing and Payment Prices are determined based on the service tier selected and the total square footage of the space as indicated in the booking form. A deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost is required to secure the booking. This deposit is payable online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the survey, before the final report is delivered. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled survey time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require adjustment of the final invoice if the rescheduled time falls on a weekend or holiday. 5. Preparation by Clients Clients are expected to ensure that the space is accessible and prepared for surveying upon our team’s arrival. This includes removing excessive clutter that might obstruct measurement efforts. Specific preparation instructions tailored to the type of survey booked will be provided in the booking confirmation email. 6. No-Show Policy If a client is not available at the scheduled survey time and has not notified us in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new booking with an additional deposit to reschedule. 7. Liability and Insurance Our team will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage during the survey. However, we are fully insured and will handle any incidents that might occur according to our professional liability coverage. 8. Data Privacy All client information and data collected during the booking and survey process are handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
