Cancellation Policy

Extended Color Consultation (2 Hours) - Booking Policy Booking Fee: The consultation fee is $250. This fee will be credited towards your project if you decide to proceed with our full design services. Booking Process: Select your preferred date and time for the consultation. Fill out the booking form with your contact information and project details. Our team will review your submission and confirm the appointment via email or phone. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the booking fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Service Delivery: The extended color consultation will be conducted either in-person or virtually, as per your preference indicated during booking. For in-person consultations, our designer will visit your specified location. For virtual consultations, a video conferencing link will be provided upon confirmation. Follow-Up: After the consultation, you will receive a detailed color plan and mood board via email. Should you decide to proceed with our design services, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total project cost.
