A 45-minute video consultation to finalize project details, discuss design preferences, and review the approved proposal. This session ensures a smooth process before moving into the execution phase.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation Booking Procedure: All bookings for services must be completed through our website at www.thehausss.com. Select the desired service, choose a date and time, and complete the payment process. Confirmation: A confirmation email with the details of your booking will be sent to you after your payment is processed. 2. Payment Pricing: Prices for each service are clearly listed on our website. A $2,500 down payment is required at the time of booking. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Milestone Payments: The remaining balance will be paid in two parts per milestones as outlined in your service agreement. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees. No-Show Policy No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund and will need to book a new appointment at their own expense. 6. Service Adjustments Changes to Services: Any changes to the scope or details of the booked service must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply for changes made after the initial booking. Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates and times. 7. Client Responsibilities Information Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Preparation: Clients must ensure that the site or space is ready for the scheduled service, including any required access or permissions. 8. Privacy Policy Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
