Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Initial Consultation for Revit Drawing Booking and Payment: All consultations must be booked and paid for online through our secure booking system. The consultation fee of $50 must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. To reschedule, please contact us through our website or email. Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the $50 consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will need to book a new consultation if they wish to reschedule. Consultation Preparation: Clients are encouraged to upload any relevant documents, drawings, or plans through our client portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. This ensures that our design professionals have adequate time to review the materials and provide the most effective guidance during the consultation. Consultation Duration and Follow-Up: Each consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes. Please be punctual to make the most of your allotted time. After the consultation, clients will receive a summary of the discussion and proposed next steps within 48 hours. If the client decides to proceed with our services, the $50 consultation fee will be credited towards the total project cost. Confidentiality: All client information and project details shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing design services. Client Portal Access: Clients will receive access to our online client portal upon booking their consultation. This portal will be used to manage appointments, upload documents, and track project progress.
