Step into the world of bespoke interior design with our 30-minute on-site consultation. Tailored for those contemplating a fresh look for their home or business, this service offers a direct engagement with one of our expert designers at your location or through a Video Conference. During the visit/ Video Conference, we assess the potential of your space, discuss your aesthetic and functional needs, and provide initial insights into design improvements. This consultation is an invaluable step towards transforming your environment, ensuring the final design is perfectly attuned to your tastes and lifestyle.


Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation Booking Policy Booking Process Initial Consultation: Clients can book an initial 30-minute consultation through our website for a fee of $50. The consultation fee will be credited towards the total project cost if the client decides to proceed with our services. Service Booking: After the initial consultation, a detailed project proposal and quote will be provided. Clients can review the proposal and confirm their booking by signing the agreement and making an initial payment as per the proposal. Payment Terms Initial Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure the booking and commence work. Milestone Payments: The remaining balance will be divided into milestone payments, which are due upon the completion of specified stages of the project. Detailed milestone payment schedule will be included in the project proposal. Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the project before the final drawings are delivered. Cancellations and Rescheduling Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation or service date. If a client cancels a project after the initial payment, the deposit will not be refunded, but no further payments will be required. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their consultation or service appointment by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Project Changes and Additional Services Scope Changes: Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement must be discussed and agreed upon. Additional charges may apply based on the nature of the changes. Additional Services: Clients may request additional services beyond the original agreement. These will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins. Delivery and Revisions Project Delivery: Final drawings will be delivered in the agreed format (PDF, DWG, etc.) upon receipt of the final payment. Clients will have access to a client portal to download the final drawings and any other project documents. Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in the project cost. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate specified in the project proposal. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of the delivery of the initial drawings.
