Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Initial Consultation Fee A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to secure the initial consultation. This fee will be credited towards the total cost of the project if you choose to proceed with our services. Payment Schedule Basic Plan: Full payment of $1,000 is due upon booking. Standard Plan: 50% ($1,500) is due upon booking, with the remaining 50% ($1,500) due upon completion of the design. Premium Plan: 50% ($3,000) is due upon booking, 25% ($1,500) is due upon delivery of the detailed 3D renderings and material selection, and the remaining 25% ($1,500) is due upon completion of the project. Payment Methods We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the initial consultation will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable consultation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the initial consultation will forfeit the consultation fee. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule the initial consultation up to 24 hours in advance without any additional charges. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. Project Timeline The estimated time for each service package is an approximation and may vary based on the specific project requirements and client needs. Detailed timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide timely feedback and decisions to ensure the project progresses according to the agreed timeline. Any delays in client responses may result in project delays.
