Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Initial Consultation Interior Design Service Description: Embark on your interior design journey with a personalized initial consultation from our experienced designers. In this one-hour session, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and the specific needs of your space. Whether it's a residential or commercial project, our goal is to understand your style and provide expert advice tailored to your unique requirements. Pricing: $100 per hour (credited towards your project if you decide to proceed with our services). Booking Details: Duration: 1 Hour Location: In-person at 8024 Glenwood Ave, Suite 305, Raleigh, NC 27612, or via video conferencing. Availability: Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Weekend appointments can be scheduled by special request. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments can be made securely through our website using major credit cards or PayPal. Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us via email at info@thehausss.com or call us at 919-344-7661. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Follow-Up: After the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal within 48 hours, outlining the next steps and estimated costs. Should you decide to proceed with our services, the consultation fee will be credited towards your project. How to Book: Select Your Preferred Date and Time: Use our online calendar to choose a convenient time for your consultation. Provide Project Details: Fill out our brief questionnaire to help us understand your needs better. Confirm Your Booking: Make your payment securely through our website to confirm your appointment.
