Booking Policy Initial Consultation SketchUp 3D Initial Consultation Details: Duration: 30 minutes Fee: $75 Credit Towards Service: The $75 consultation fee will be credited towards your total service cost if you decide to proceed with our design services. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and Cancellation Window: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time without any penalties. Late Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please note that no refunds will be issued. Additional Information: Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your consultation, including details on how to join the session if it's online. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the $75 consultation fee. Follow-Up: After the initial consultation, if you choose to continue with our services, the credited fee will be deducted from your total project cost.
