About this Role 

THEHAUSS is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves people, values clarity, and enjoys being at the heart of a creative business.

You’ll help manage client communication, follow up on inquiries, support design service onboarding, and ensure our clients always feel heard, supported, and guided throughout their journey with THEHAUSS.

Key Responsibilities 

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Maintain client relationship records and track project status in our system

Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and service onboarding

Provide clear communication regarding services, processes, and expectations

Work closely with the design and sales team to ensure smooth client handoffs

Resolve issues with empathy, accountability, and a solution-focused mindset

Support client review requests, referral programs, and testimonials

Help coordinate client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback

Compensation

Salary Range: $40,000–$48,000 per year

Licensing & Requirements 

No formal license required

Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or designated country (for global contractor roles)

Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required

Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Workspace

On-Site

2+ years experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and basic office tools

Experience in design, hospitality, or boutique service industries is a plus

Based in Raleigh, NC with availability for in-office and virtual support
