About this Role 

We are seeking a mature, exceptionally organized, and fiercely loyal Executive Personal Assistant who will work directly with our founder and CEO across a wide spectrum of professional and personal responsibilities. This is not just a support role — it’s a position of trust, representation, and leadership.

You will be the CEO’s voice, right hand, and frontline protector, upholding company standards, managing internal and external communications, and leading with grace, professionalism, and strength. This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in being an executive-level assistant and is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities 

Represent the CEO in meetings, staff coordination, and communication

Protect the CEO’s rights, time, and business interests

Communicate and enforce company policies internally

Manage daily scheduling, emails, and priorities with discretion and accuracy

Support HR tasks: hiring coordination, onboarding, policy communication

Coordinate staff tasks, assignments, and performance accountability

Assist with personal tasks related to scheduling, errands, and organization

Handle confidential information with utmost care

Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation

Liaise between CEO and contractors, clients, vendors, and legal or accounting professionals

Compensation

Salary: $45,000–$58,000 depending on experience and availability

Paid vacation, flexible work hours, and growth opportunity

Performance bonuses available

Long-term potential to move into Director of Operations role

Licensing & Requirements 

No formal license required

Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or designated country (for global contractor roles)

Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required

Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Workspace

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
