About this Role
We are looking for a strategic, design-savvy, and process-driven Product Manager to help lead the development and execution of THEHAUSS’s home decor and digital product lines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, logistics, and market insight — guiding products from concept to customer delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO, designers, vendors, and the marketing team to oversee collections, improve operations, and build high-quality, scalable products that reflect THEHAUSS’s design philosophy and brand values.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch across decor, printables, and digital goods
Define product roadmaps, timelines, and development goals
Source materials and coordinate with vendors and manufacturers
Oversee inventory, packaging, and fulfillment processes
Work with the design and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy
Evaluate customer feedback and product performance to iterate or pivot
Support pricing, SKU development, and product descriptions
Ensure quality control and alignment with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals
Compensation
Salary Range: $58,000–$72,000 annually depending on experience

Licensing & Requirements
No formal license required
Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or designated country (for global contractor roles)
Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required
Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications
Workspace
Hybrid: Combination of remote flexibility and in-person meetings at the Raleigh office and studio.
3–5 years of product development, product management, or operations experience
Familiarity with home decor, design, or lifestyle products preferred
Strong skills in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet analysis
Knowledge of sourcing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
Previous experience with Shopify, Etsy, Wix, or Amazon Handmade is a plus
Based in Raleigh, NC or open to hybrid work with in-person collaboration
