Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation Booking Procedure: All bookings for services must be completed through our website at www.thehausss.com. Select the desired service, choose a date and time, and complete the payment process. Confirmation: A confirmation email with the details of your booking will be sent to you after your payment is processed. 2. Payment Pricing: Prices for each service are clearly listed on our website. A $2,500 down payment is required at the time of booking. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Milestone Payments: The remaining balance will be paid in two parts per milestones as outlined in your service agreement. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees.
