This fee will be credited towards the total service price if the client decides to proceed with the service. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling can be done through the booking system or by contacting us directly. Cancellation: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment time. The consultation fee will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made within this period. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
